Guinea Pig Eye Infection?

Hi everyone! I'm new! One of my guinea pigs as a red thing on her eye we aren't sure what it is.It could possibly be a eye infection or hay poke!
.We have cleaned her eye many times we are not sure if its effective.Does anyone know what it is or should we call a vet?

Theese are some bad photos but its in the crevasse of the eye

Please always contact your vet over a potential eye injury or infection promptly. Your picture is not clear enough for us to see what is exactly the matter but it is not looking normal.
In the UK, any eye injuries and infections are generally seen as soon as possible as they can deteriorate very quickly.
