Guinea out front foot twitching

My guinea pig recently went out to the lawn to play today and came back with his front right foot twitching after he went into his cage and he’s running around and can’t stay put HELP

There’s no signs of anything so I’m thinking it’s an ant bite any suggestions on what to do ?

It has stopped but his foot is inflamed and red

If his foot is swollen and looks sore then you ought to get to a vet to look at it

Please have the foot checked. It may be a bad reaction to an insect bite. Please don't home treat on spec.
