Growth on cheek

Need advise. Our pig got a scab months ago and it has gotten to be this. No pus or oozing, eats fine, looks like the skin around it is healthy but surrounds this. May have been a bite from our other pig, who knows.
Should I take her to the vet? It’s hard and scab like, just want to pull it off but it’s been there 5-6 months, just bigger that the start. Doesn’t seem to hurt when I touch it to examine.
Anyone else ever have something like this and is it unfort just something she lives with or a vet visit?
