Please check the gentinals week during your regular life long weigh-in and body check/grooming session. How often you have to clean depends on the age and the boar. Some teenagers require a twice weekly clean while other boars get away with a monthly one - but still a quick weekly check for any swellings, messes and hard bits where there shouldn't be any.
Smegma, for instance, can build up in the penis shaft and harden if left. Unattended semen rods that are left can cause quite nasty infections over time.
