.....The girls are very pretty
, although i may have to find a bright ginger/tan girly to add a bit of colour to my mostly monochromatic pair!
Orca has a little brown bumstripe, but its only on one side.
I am so sorry to hear about Grace.
Squiggle is beautiful, it's lovely to see her and Orca getting on so well. Both girls really are lovely. I like dark piggies but I think you are right, you need a bit more colour in that cage!
That's a good reason for another piggy!
ok... right i know i shouldn't have & i gave in, but like i said in my here in my thread my girls were a bit monochromatic, i may have just, kind have, found a piggy, that would add a touch of creaminess to the girls....
so anyway, things kind of escalated & i now have added a third piggy to my pet list. I have usually had 2 at a time & occasionally 3, but since losing Dopple & Grace in quick succession, the 'need' to cut veggies into 3's has never gone away....
so please welcome my new furbaby.... very furry baby.... i have found myself A walking wig! she looks a bit like a cream coloured Pekinese dog!
it looks like she has Abyssinian rosettes in her hair, but its just so long its the kind of 'bad hair day long wig' look!
she's around 14-16 weeks'ish & weighs in at a petite 553g. I've had long haired piggy's before, but they've always been straight haired, me thinks this is going to be fun!
apparently she was picked on by the other girls in her pen, so she was tried with some more & fared no better so had been on her own for a few weeks.
i've spent most of the weekend bonding her with the other 2. Squiggle was a cow to start off with, but we seem to have sorted that. Luckily Orca just loves her new hairy pillow & she doesn't mind her having a nibble at her long locks!
I've not named her yet, but hopefully i'll get some inspiration from her personality when i've had her a bit longer. xx
