Giving Up Smoking

I hate to say this but 10 years of being an almost ex-smoker I would start again tomorrow if someone told me it wasn't too bad for me. I feel really naughty admitting to it but I don't think I will ever be an 'ex-smoker' just a 'non-smoking smoker'!

I think I am the same

I agree @AbiS . But they would also have to considerably lower the price as well. When I stopped smoking in 2001 it was for financial reasons and they were about £4 a pack then and I was on about 40 a day. I think they're about double that now.

I'm still going strong, over 3 weeks now :) hubby has also now fully given up, we even sold our excess tobacco so it wasn't there as a temptation. I'm actually finding it ok but I do fond myself picking at food more which I'm not happy about as I really don't want to put weight on because of it :( but thanks for checking in on me :) xx
