Won't be able to join the party folks! My internet is still down and rapidly running out of data on my phone! :soz: Have fun without me! :bye::bye::soz: May be able to dip in and out of the Forum but def not be at the party! Sorry! I'd have loved to have joined in the fun! :soz:

I know. My internet has now been down for nearly 3 days! I am not a happy bunny! They are apparently working on the problem as quickly as they can and we will get a text when it is up and running again! Which could be this week, next week sometime never!:rant::rant:
 
I will hopefully be around and able to pop in at some point!

The OH has already done this as they refused to talk to me as I'm not the account holder and didn't know the password! The old OH told them the same password as I did in the first place! Apparently he had to give his permission for them to speak to me so that I can now speak to them! Talk about complicated! I only wanted to ask them why my internet wasn't working!

Ah yes data protection does throw that one in. When I was with my ex our internet stopped while he was away. I don't have a manly voice but I just called up pretending to be him, I knew all his details password and mother's maiden name and figured they would be more uncomfortable challenging the perceived gender of a person over the phone so they just accepted I was him (although I did hear him giggle)

Kelly, I work with a guy who sounds like a woman, I'm serious.. his voice is higher than most of the ladies so I really wonder how he gets on with such phonecalls as he has a very obviously male name.
