It's because you haven't yet posted enough - to stop spammers abusing the PM system, new members have to have made at least 50 (?) posts before the link becomes visible . You can respond though if someone else sends you a PM.

Remember, we don’t charge anyone to use the forum - we all donate our time here for free in the interests of piggy wellbeing the world over.
