food dyes for guinea pigs?

Today i was at the petstore and a pack of guinea pig food caught my eye it was some sort of forage/pellet thing the ingredients had some food dyes i was wondering if it was okay for gp to have

I wouldn't recommend treats for all sorts of reasons … they usually contain sugars and seeds that aren't a good idea .

You'd be better off getting your guinea pig some different varieties of hay as a treat .
