New Born Pup
Hey
I currently have my boys on fleece liners and was wondering if anyone had the issue that their fleece liners wick too well?
When I do my spot check every day, even with additional pee pads on top of the main fleece in their top pee spots, the pee has come straight through everything and is wetting the cage base?
This is happening after 1 day, so it’s not like the liner has been in the cage for too long- it’s like the absorbing layer isn’t actually absorbing it’s just passing straight through?
If this is normal then I’ll just get puppy pads to go under their main corners but surely the absorbing layer should stop some of it coming out? I’ve read posts saying they’ve never had pee get to their bases?
For context, I have 2xkavee liners that are double sided fleece and I also bought 2x fleece topper ‘waterproof’ liners off Etsy that have a more waterproof material underside- I’m seeing this issue with both types of liners
