i brought home two baby sows on Friday night and they seem to be settling well!
Both of them have very different personality. One is very calm and the other is very skettish. The skettish one has a very big personality. Even though she's very jumpy, she's also very curious and clever. She won't stay still for a cuddle and has bitten me twice! But calm one however loves to cuddle. Always staying still and not trying to escape during cuddle time. They have both started popcorning from the day I brought them home which I'm so happy about! I just want them to be happy and healthy!

Today when I was cuddling the calm one, it lasted for 30 mins before she started wheeking. So I put her back into her cage. As soon as she's in her cage, she's started peeing! I'm glad she lets me know before when she want to go toilet!
Also I even caught both of them sleeping with their eyes closed!

Here's some photos. Can you tell which one is the calm one and which is the jumpy one?

Clever you with the excellent photos!
My new piggies run and hide as soon as I bring out the Cuba era or IPad. Yesterday all I got was a photo of a head and 2 bottoms hiding in the nest!
I sit on the floor beside them and they're confident around me until photo time! Again, well done!
Joking of course - you didn't glue them to the table?

You have a very pretty lot! Young guinea pigs tend to last about 15-20 minutes on average before they get uncomfortable with their bladder. Look out for signs of squirming etc.
