Finding Ralph a friend

So we have had the boys for just over a week and I think sadly their bond is failing. They've had a few too many dominance tussles for me to feel comfortable with keeping them together much longer. I had thought they'd sorted themselves out but I caught an unpleasant scuffle on the guinea-cam this morning so I'll be in touch with the rescue to see about Patch returning. He has bullied Ralph rather incessantly since coming home with him. Ralph has been showing signs of stress and has chewed the correx of my c&c cage (something he never did before). I feel bad for thinking this is the end of their pairing but I feel as though I have been patient with them.

is this continual or do they settle down and eat and sleep? Hopefully someone will come along with some advice for you. A little bit of chasing is normal, but if its continual and Ralph is really stressed and not getting a chance to eat and sleep then I would be thinking along those lines too

They settle down and both sleep quite separately from each other but every now and then they sqaubble again chinning off with each other. If it wasn't for the camera I'd be none the wiser to their indifferences
