The song that won was a load of bull so you can tell its no longer about the music!
 
its so sad that all its about is farce and politics now

the winning song was crap...and the singer was...well...weird :o
 
I think the sad thing about this contest is that ? ::)it is always political,try explaining that to a 9 year old who thought it was about a good song!
 
Serbia won..i didnt understand the lyrics though cus its was all sang in a foreign language so maybe if id have known the lyrics it may have sounded better..but i prefer the more catchy songs.
 
that group in the interval was it apocolyptical? they were the best thing about it
 
The UKs was totally poo! ;D But we wouldnt put any good entries on as

1. no good artist would want to put their name to the eurovision...ever!

2. we dont take it seriously like some *cough* russia *cough*

3. even if our song was the best thing ever, we just wouldnt get voted for anyway! hello, we are in w. europe!

The turkish one just reminded me of the creepy turkish waiters...'get it up, put it in' (or whatever the lyrics were) had a few sniggers from my house...

Terry wogan is brilliant commentating...i love it...its like sitting with a eurosceptic old man...and he makes alll the comments I'm thinking!

The tin foil men should have won (Ukrane) the one paying tribute to blanche from corrie looked so rockin ;D

Its so crap we were all pretending that we realy thought england would get any points....then we did! :o Amazing...they must want something from Mr Brown in the near future!

I felt sh*tty about us giving ireland no points when they tried for us!

Also...the blonde bloke in the UK entry was in some reality tv thing where a boy band became a girl band about a year ago... :o

we were a total embarrassment,the dark haired guy in the UK band freaked me out with " would sir like something to suck on before landing "..sorry but that was taking it too far

no-one likes any W Europeans song anyway,thats why we dont have many " friends" voting for us ,and I cant blame them

the Ukraine group had Timmy Mallet singing for them by the looks of it,I loved the Russian one and def the Finland one

but it doesnt matter who we would put in,anyone would just make a mockery of us,if it wasnt for Terry Wogan making hilarious comments I wouldnt have watched it,that prog is nothing without him,and the song that won? well i think ill go and buy the single tomm NOT

how embarrasing was that Ireland gave us 7 and Malta 12 ah bless them both , what a lot of tosh the winner was crap the lead singer didn't fit in with the others and what the hell was that pink fairy prancing about back stage she didn't know what to do with herself, Terry made me laugh he was so apt with his remarks about them sticking to thier own block countrys, Italy and Spain wasn't even in it think they had a lucky escape

;DIt was a very rubbish entry for GB this year but we got 19 points lool. It actually scared my guinea piggy patch but thats what you get for letting silly people who think they can sing go on telly. My guinea was squeaking so loudly that i thought it might explode :o
 
Did you know that on Sky you can get the words up on the screen and have like a karaoke?! Its a scream, we get friends round, get sloshed and try to sing in Norwegian or whatever! OH and his pal were trying to dance a la Borat to the mad Ukranian tin foil men!

Who was that awful barbie girl in pink anyway?!

I thought Scooch were dire - I have a mucky mind but that "Would Sir like something to suck on" was too much - like a song for old pervs!
 
I find it rather offensive that some of you are calling Russ and David 'freaks'.

Well everyone to their own,but I thought they were rubbish,not my kinda thing...that sort of song went out with Abba ::)
