Enlarged lymph nodes, red pea eye, lots of gas

Aw she’s been through the mill, hope you get some answers from the vet, let us all know how she goes on x

Hi, here's an update on Dimma. That became way way too long. 😬

I called the Vet office and asked about the issues, the receptionist didn't know but said they'd get back to me - I've yet to hear from them so I'm still waiting on that.

Dimma is gaining some weight ! she's up to 771 grams, I'm now syringe feeding 75 ml a day, she loves the stuff and is quite pushy with getting even more. The Critical Care arrived at my friends place and will be sent by post tomorrow morning. All signs of gas seem to be gone, she's still tooting a little but she's making gorgeous healthy looking droppings. (Never have I been as obsessed with poop..) She's been getting some green bell pepper, small bits of cucumber and cilantro slowly introduced again much to her delight. 🥰

I think she scratched at her little bump and tore up the little scabs where they stitch was, it bled a little at first but it's now scabbed over again. I've attached an image showing it - I've been waiting for the vet office to call back to discuss it with them. I have a feeling they think I might be a bit too over dramatic with the piggie; I know you guys care though so would love some feedback if you think there might be an issue with the healing. I feel like maybe the fur should have grown more by now as well, but it looks the same as from day one.

I've also noticed that she has some weird leg movements. She's still wobbly when she walks and looks nearly drunk when walking (it breaks my heart). But now she's lifting her front paws, especially the right one, when standing still. It looks like she's lifting it to either reach up a little but then she'll do a little "dig" movement when she puts it down again. She used to stand up on her hindlegs on the fence and yell at me but she does not want to do that anymore, opting to stand and shift her weight between her front paws doing these weird lifting and digging movements. Sometimes it looks almost if she's trying to swim? I don't know how better to describe it. I've looked at her paws and they're clean and I can't see anything wrong, she also does not mind me feeling around them and shows no discomfort.
I recorded a bit of it but she wouldn't properly do it when I was filming as she was too focused on if I was bringing more mix for her, but it gives an idea:

I discussed the wobbliness with the vet back on friday but they didn't think anything of it and I doubt they will have anything to say about this either.

Otherwise I'm just really focusing on getting that weight back on her. It pains me to feel her bones so clearly, but I'm struggling a bit with if the weightloss is the problem or if it is the symptom of another problem I'm not seeing... She's eating so much, if I'm not giving her syringe feed, she's chomping on hay or pellets herself; I don't understand why her weight has been dropping.

Anyway this has gotten way longer than I had planned. It gives me great comfort to have your opinions, though I feel I may be overly protective and worrisome over her. I've had some serious trouble with sleeping and then getting out of bed in the morning worrying that she'll have passed away while I slept and I failed her; it becomes a bit of a schrodinger's cat dilemma for me every time - if I check it'll become real, so best not check; feels like torture each time. 😩

Hi angel cat,
I know you posted this months ago but our little piggie girl has CL too and I’m wondering how much it cost for her surgery to get it drained? We are in the U.K. x
