Emergency Emergency

I can't comment on what to do to help your little piggy but I am sending my best wishes to you and hope your piggy gets well again

That's wonderful to hear of an improvement :)

Please keep up the tummy massages/gentle rubbing this will help disperse the gas quicker.

Try & handfeed hay and/or nuggets for a few days, just to make sure he's eating, he really needs food going through his digestive system to help him recover.
pour hot water on his nugget food to help soften it, let it cool down then encourage him to eat it off of a spoon.

Don't feed any veg or greenery for a few days, just to help his tummy recover, then only add one extra item at a time leaving a few days between each new veg introduced.
This may help you to discover which item caused the bloat & you can avoid giving it in the future. :tu:

He'll probably have funny shaped or soft poos for a few days, but just make sure he's pooing-that's the important thing.
A lot of Guineas eat bits of cardboard box to increase the fibre in their diet after an upset stomach. So don't be worried if you see him nibbling on newspaper or cardboard.

Well done on getting him to the vet, I bet it was a struggle to find one?
I'm so glad he's improving, I was quite worried about him last night :(

Fingers crossed for him & wishing him a full & speedy recovery
