Oh boy! Do the piggies love this? I can't get them off it! I bought it about 18 months ago for my 10.5 year old bunny. Sadly, she passed to the bridge in September so I thought I'd try it in the wiglet's c&c which is in the very cold kitchen/conservatory. It's by PetNap and is an aluminium plate a few inches bigger than an A4 sheet of paper and the cable is fully enclosed in metal tubing so it's safe from piggy teefs! It has a nice fleecy cover and I've also put a waterproof cover over the top of that. There's always at least one piggy stretched right out on it. They love it.......... so glad I gave it to them.

I think it was via Amazon but I would have got it from whoever was selling it the cheapest! Think it was about £38 but it paid for itself over and over again for my elderly bun (who lived outside because she hated being indoors). She was always sat on it in the cold weather and I used to leave it on 24/7.

Would you be able to post a piccie, or tell us what it is called, I am going to have a look to see if I can find it.

Aww! I've got the microwave heat pad at pets at home, will be trying it out when I get the new piggies!

Did you buy the cover or make it yourself? Is it safe to pee on? I'll **** make some sort of waterproof cover but worried about leakage. My boys would love this.

With mine, it has a fleece cover on it when I bought it ;)

I bought a fleece cover with it and yes, it's safe if it gets pee'd on, although I do also cover it with a puppy pad, just to be on the safe side. You wouldn't want to dunk it in water but the odd pee doesn't hurt it.

Thanks did you get the 33 without thermostat or 44 with thermostat

Ok I ordered the 33 as it implied on the website the others may turn off unexpectedly in outdoor situations. The piggies are in the unused garage which isn't as cold as outside, but not as warm as indoors either. I'm going to make a cover myself as have loads of spare fleece lying about which will co-ordinate with their set up.
