when I first got my second little boy about two weeks ago I noticed he had four missing pieces out of his right ear. I assumed the other guinea pig he was living with in the pet store didn't like him much. I kept watching his ears to make sure my other guinea kid didnt do the same, and there was no problem. Yesterday, while checking, I found a pretty big white head on the crease of his ear, I tried to touch it but he screamed so obviously it's painful for him. My other guinea kid has never had anything on his ear. Is this common? What should I do?

You could try and apply some bepanthen cream for children from the pharmacy.

If you are not sure, have it checked by the vet.

There are often normal anatomical features of the ear which can appear to be like a pimple. The cartilage/skin folds can give the appearance of a "pimple".
The same may be found in human ears.
Get someone to check your ears and put pressure on the white "spots". Try not to shout!
