Only just seen this. It is an absolutely fantastic idea. I love it so much. Want to try this with my hutches in the future now. I also have the pets at home bluebell hutch and it took my girls absolutely ages to learn to use the ramp. I just went out one day and found them up top and now they run up and down It. I have lined my ramp with carpet tiles stuck on with Velcro and they manage very well and love running up and down now. I had them in the bottom of the hutch and they learnt to run up. They were much more wary of running down so that might be something to try. I then put tempting treats upstairs, veg, timothy hay etc. You might find if you leave the ramps in they will just one day learn by themselves when they get curious.

Thank you! I agree I've put them in the bottom before and they have no problems going up its the coming down that I think scares them, definitely seems like lining the ramp seems the way to go! Hopefully it works! Ahh definitely try it it creates so much more space! Xx
