Cystease, Cystaid plus or Cystophan

Like others have already mentioned I feed all piggy veg literally doused with filtered water (Brita jug) and only very slightly drained.
There is always a puddle of water on the plate afterwards.

It sounds like you really are doing everything possible for Graham - he is lucky to have such a dedicated owner.
