Curlykrish's Herd

I’ve no idea how I missed your thread but it’s been lovely catching up. What beautiful photos of the piggies & your set up

The upstairs is definitely bedroom area and they all snooze together up there. I have had to put in one soft thing each so they don’t fight and flattened down some hidies that only had one small exit. It’s so cute when they are all snoozing up there.

Girls waiting for thier snacks and photo of having disturbed Jyn sleeping - note how she insists on sleeping on top of the hidey and never inside it - its like she's telling me "we wanted a cuddle cup!" They are a funny bunch. they dont mind a pet on the head if I'm bringing snacks, but will scatter at the very hint of trying to pick them up, and they always feel like they want to get away if i try lap time...however if I sit in their play pen with them, they will all happily climb up onto my lap!

grass time! Note the uneaten strawberry top(they ate the leaves though)Anyone else’s piggies don’t like fruit?
We have some piggies that like veggies more than fruit. They love the strawberry leaves, but don't care for the fruit as much if at all. Some of our piggies are the same way with banana...will eat the peel, but not the fruit. I have such a seeet tooth that I have a hard time understanding this, but then I am not a Guinea Pig, lol, so what do I know?
