Curly is peeing normally now but no poop in the cage?

I don’t think I would give her colic medicine. Does she have bloat hence wanting to give it to her? I would also stop all veg for now, including lettuce. It could be the spinach but it could also be the lettuce. When reintroducing then to veg it’s usually beat to go with herbs.

When you say grains do you mean pellets (and not muesli mix)? I’d also keep weighing her every day. If she’s maintaining then that’s fine. If not you have to step in with syringe feeding.

Are you going to speak to the vet and see what they say?
 
She doesn't have bloat so the colic more than likely won't do much now that I mention it. But anyways that's the plan. No veggies until the vet visit.

Also sorry I keep saying grains but I mean pellets. I've been saying that for as long as I've had guinea pig's so it's a bad habit aha. I still need to buy a weight scale so currently I haven't been able to weigh her. Hopefully I can get one tomorrow.

I wanted to call the vet today but because of the time I finish work + home errands I didn't get to today. I'm going to give them a call tomorrow on my lunch break
 
You really need to be weighing them weekly when healthy so the scales are a priority. Let us know how you get on.
