Crusty patch on guinea pig lip?

I was cleaning my guinea pigs cages when I noticed that one of my males had a crusty patch on his lip. I tried to brush it off but it was stuck on, so I didn’t want to hurt him. I didn’t notice anything else around his mouth, and was wondering if it’s Chelitis? I apologize for the unfocused pic
