If your asking if they can have them then yes- ours go mad for them :))
 
Cauliflower is of the species Brassica oleracea, as are cabbages, brussel sprouts, kale and broccoli....

Yes, they can eat cauliflower leaves (and broccoli leaves, too). Treat them as cabbage.
 
Definitely, although ours used to prefer cauliflower leaves to broccoli leaves or cabbage even though, to me, they're really bitter. You know what makes them so bitter?

It's either phenylthiocarbamide or witchcraft.


I think it's witchcraft...
 
Having a use for the leaves gives me more of an excuse to eat cauliflower with grated cheese on top.... Mmm!
