Cauliflower Leaves

Anyone know what they would come under in regards to the attached? Would it just be the same as the normal Cauliflower.

Cauliflower is of the species Brassica oleracea, as are cabbages, brussel sprouts, kale and broccoli....

Yes, they can eat cauliflower leaves (and broccoli leaves, too). Treat them as cabbage.

Definitely, although ours used to prefer cauliflower leaves to broccoli leaves or cabbage even though, to me, they're really bitter. You know what makes them so bitter?

It's either phenylthiocarbamide or witchcraft.

Didn't know they were edible .... Plus they don't look like fluffy clouds and to me that's the appeal of this vegetable :')
