Can i use baby shampoo to wash piggies?

I'm going to order some gorgeous guineas shampoo but it wont be here till next week, so I'm wondering if in the mean time i can use a mild baby shampoo to wash one of them as he's about 3 and never had a bath and very greasy?

There is actually nothing mild about baby shampoo - it's a harsh detergent that has something added to change the PH, in order to stop it from irritating babies' eyes. So, I wouldn't use it on piggies - can be very drying to their skin.
