Cage Size?

What is it that makes having 8 holes as oppose to 9 dangerous? I recently just ordered some that have 8 holes for my C&C, I didn't even think there would be a problem!

The frames are all the same size. Less holes within the frame = bigger holes. Bigger holes = more chance of piggy heads getting stuck :(

Oh I thought it could be that but I still feel like the holes are the right size and not too big at all :(

I guess it depends on your piggy, and what size they are- and how inquisitive!

Yeah I thought so, I think the chunkier of my two wouldn't be too fussed but my other boy however is rambunctious so he may try to poke his head through :( I'll probably just give them a day or two in it before making alterations, he may be too fascinated with all the new things that he just won't care about the bars... At least I hope so anyway

We have a tube that looks big enough for a stuck head- we fill it with hay and they seem far more interested in yanking out the hay than nosing inside, I think a lot is personality.
