Cab very young babies have bad teeth? Help!

My 9 day old piggy, Simon will not eat anything hard, no hay, carrots, pellets. He will do very tiny nibbles but more ends up on the floor than in his mouth. His bib is always wet and he stinks. I thought at first his brother was peeing on him but I'm not so sure. He will eat soft foods and drink his kitten formula. His weight is staying steady and increasing. His front teeth look fine, can't see the back ones. Is he spoiled on the soft foods or is it possible for baby that young to have bad teeth? I feel like i should pull all the soft stuff and not give him a choice but hay, carrots, pellets etc, but i don't want to make him sick or for him to lose weight. His brother eats hay, but won't touch pellets and prefers soft stuff too. He's not wet tho.

Sounds as if he really needs to see a vet.
If he’s not eating you need to step in with syringe feeding.

Please see a preferably piggy savvy exotics vet. Guinea pigs can be born with misaligned or missing teeth.

Please don't syringe feed such a young piggy, as it is easy for them to aspirate the food. Soften the guinea pig nuggets and he should be able to eat them. Chop veg into tiny pieces too. Please see a guinea pig savvy vet asap.

I'm not syringe feeding. I know that is a terrible idea. They suckle kitten formula from a bottle and eat everything else off a tiny spoon

**Update** just got back from the vet and they boys are doing just fine. Healthy weight, perfect teeth, no illness or other issues. Said Simon in drooling because he has a small sore spot, probably from a hay poke on the roof of his mouth. Said it will heal just fine. Thanks for all of your advice
