Qu: should they be treated as cabbage family and be given sparingly?

I think it is the green of the plant that holds the things that may cause problems
Personaly l would be happer to feed stems than greens

It is worth mentioning that the stems are pretty tasty but have less nutrition in them than the head of the broccoli.
