I hope that they are still OK? Please just give them time to work through things and become a bit more relaxed with each other when no aggression is involved.
I usually wait with any cage changes until I am pretty sure that things are working out; even if it means an overnighter in the bonding cage with a towel over the top for the night for an added feeling of protection.
