New Born Pup
my 5 year old guinea pig, Mabel, has been diagnosed with bladder sludge by the vet last Thursday. She's doing so much better, she's back to her usual self which is a huge relief as I was struggling with guilt over putting her through the whole x-ray process. She's still slightly squeaking when having a wee, but we're still on the 0.4ml of Baytril and 0.4ml painkillers so I'm not expecting a miracle over night. I was just wondering what exactly are the best veggies to give her, even any pellet brand recommendations that would help significantly reduce the risk of her developing stones. I've read online to keep her fairly active, which is something I'm encouraging. This is a new experience for me and I'd like to do everything I can for Mabel to make her as happy and as comfortable as possible.
