I have the plaza 120 as my emergency indoor cage. I like the separate compartment bit too and have used it as the hay tray. When I need to use it I generally have aubiose and hay in that area and fleece in the rest. It is handy that it splits into a smaller cage which then fits perfectly in the boot of my car if we need to take them on any journeys

Do you think that compartment would be ok for a bedroom. I'm planning on havin a bedroom each end of the cage whichever cage i get

Anyone know of a cage that is atlleast 160cm long and has an open top? In a local pets shop i see a huge square cage by savvic, it has a opening door on top but its tiny. To get to it you would have to be on ropes from the ceiling like tom cruise in mission impossible

At the weekend i will be cage shopping and ordering if i decide on one that is good enough. I do like the ferplast 160, but have just found it has only side access and not top. I really want top. I'm thinking maybe a midwest cage now.

Then after i have the cage, i will need to get burnie neutered. May take a while to get a day off work, I'm going to try getting a friday off, so i have the weekend to look after burnie. Hopefully he wont need it.

When it comes to bonding, I'm going to need advice on here, i will probably be posting some youtube videos so people can judge how well its going. When it comes to bonding i am clueless lol and neutering. I have had a neutered boar before but i wasnt his owner when it was done

The biggest cage I've seen is this, but it's mega expensive... Has a top door & 2 side doors...

I may have found a cage, called maxxi skyline 120 but it might be a little small what do you think? It seems big enough from measuring it out, but after it has 2 hideys and some log tunnels I'm not sure. I'm looking for 140 minimum really

That’s a 120 cage. It’s the recommended minimum size by rpsca. However by the time you put in 2 log hides there’s not much space left at all.

I’ve got my c&c on a 6ft foldable craft table. It was £30 on amazon. Also I’ve got curtains round the base so I can hide their supplies underneath. Maybe this would make it easier for you to access.

We kind of have a cat. Hes gets neglected by his owners a bit so he comes in our house. I need a lid lol. Sorry I'm so awkward

Ive found a 120 cage in a local pet shop and its pretty wide too. Tested some hidies in it and it seems fine but with floor time too. I will make a loft for it, if i get it. Its called imac easy. Its italian

Yea i know but i beed to be able to transport the cage at xmas time as we stay over for 2 weeks at the m.i.l's . If not i would go for c and c definitly without a 2nd thought. Its the wife making stuff hard work. I was going to build a pen the length of the room but nooo lol. She loves the pigs but wants a perfect cage. All i care about is getting the biggest i can

ive found top opening cages a pain unless you can get one where it completely opens, otherwise i found it hard to get piggys out without terrorising them & stressing them out too much. Just something else to consider!

I have ordered the maxxi skyline 120 x 59 cage it was £32, i plan to make a hay loft for extra entertainment. Atleast I'm not under the rspca standards now. I was slightly under before. Now i will get burnie neutered and him a dot will hopefuly bond well.

There will be lots of floor time still but now together and when I'm not home dot and burnie will have eachother to feel safe. Because i notice when i go out and come back they are both in their hideys looking miserable. Breaks my heart

Why don’t you build the pen you want and get a pop up playpen (easily transportable) for going visiting?

I stay over for 2 weeks, and ive ordered the cage. If i think its too small.il sell it on for more. It was only £32

Ive gone for the 120 × 59, not very exciting but I'm not breaking any laws with this size. When burnie gets bigger it could be too small
