Best Vets for Piggies in LEEDS

I know there is a thread for recommended vets but it seems to be ignored on there!

Which is the best vets to go to in or around the leeds area? I am in west leeds.

Hello Amy,

I have never used this vets, but I know someone who runs a chinchilla rescue in Leeds and she goes to:

I would think that if this vet was good with chinchillas then they would also be good with guinea pigs as guinea pigs are more commonly kept as pets and are very closely related to chinchillas.

I ended up going to one in Pudsey. The vet knew what he was doing, he was great with the piggies. Very gentle and caring.

Very sad to learn that James Brooks the guinea pig specialist at Holly House Vets in Leeds recently passed away suddenly. He was a great vet, so lovely with our piggies. I'm not sure who to see about piggies now though, Dora seems to be having on-off gassy probs with her tummy. I don't think it's full on bloat because she's still pooping and eating ok but I am a bit worried about her
