bald patches behind ears

hello, my two long haired piggies (12weeks old) both have bald patched behind their ears is this normal ?

havent seen any hair around the hutch so dont think they are pulling it out

def normal mine have it too. i wondered this when i very first got my piggies ;D
 
Yes they have no fur behind their ears ... as long as they haven't got any red itchy patches and the skin looks ok, then it is prefectly normal.
I didn't know it was to help their hearing though - I have learnt something new!
