So she is on a motility and will be on a probiotic soon (hurry). Seems like you are doing what you need to do. If her poops are small and crumbly, she needs water. You can syringe feed her water slowly but just be careful so she doesn't asphyxiate. The oxbow digestive cookies can sometimes be helpful to. Exercise is also good to help get the gut working.

She is on pro C professional which i got from pets at home and also fibreplex but ive order some of those rabbit ones too just now. she might be tempted to graze on them, hope you cant give too much though?

I am not too familiar with some of those brands so I can't say. Does she appear to bloated? If so you, you could put her on a blanket with a small electric messager under it. Also, if she is dehydrated, then those dry poops will be harder to pass. If you havent, make sure she has fresh water with the bottle and drip portion cleaned out. She may need to go to the vet and get subcutaneous fluids to keep her hydrated.

no she doesnt seem bloated at all, shes a skinny little thing anyway but shes 900g which doesnt sound terrible.
I will try move water syringing - shes been taking some cucumber from me which hopefully will help too.

Edited my previous post but I want to make sure you see it. So ill post it again:

Keep monitoring her weight, and feeding her critical care throughout the day. Encourage exercise if you can. I let my pigs run around the living room. They're trained to do laps from the dinning room through the kitchen and into the living room. Maybe you can establish something like that for your pigs so you can do a piggy train and force them all to conform and exercise together.

Sometimes veggies can be helpful to alleviate dry poos (like your doing). For my personally, I think the outer darkest edge of green leaf lettuce seems to soften stools for them. So you can use that to your advantage sometimes or take it away if needed. In the meantime, maybe call around vets and try to find the best one. Here where I live, it is very difficult to find a good doctor. They all say they are familiar with pigs but most of them don't put in the effort or don't know enough.

When I was trying to get more fluids into a piggy I found that rinsing all of their veggies in filtered water and serving them literally dripping wet (on a plate so they don't soak the cage) helped a lot.
If she is on limited veggies due to a previously upset stomach then you can always keep up with the cucumber (which is good) and add a lettuce leaf to check she will tolerate it. Start slowly and then build up over time.

Thank you for your replies. Very helpful. Unfortunately she’s very on/off veggies. She was eating lettuce but hasn’t had any today but she’s had about 1 slice of cucumber.
She tends to pick and chose depending on how she feels I think.
I’m keeping up with the critical care, managed 15ml the last time with some water syringes in between.
I’ll try and get her up soon for a walk around. She used to love going into my bedroom so I’ll plop her in there and see what she does (they do have free roam, as I work from home I can keep an eye on them)

Sorry you are going through this. When my piggie stopped eating and was in pain, I took her to several local vets, paid a fortune for rubbish service as they were not piggie savvy. I called every practice in the near and further area and couldn't find anyone who was knowledgeable and didn't want to waste more money. In the end, I decided the trip to Northampton was the best option and cheaper than wasting money at non expert vets. It was worth every penny and every mile.

There are a couple of expert vets mentioned on here so if you can, have a search for the closest one to you and make the journey. At least you will know the diagnosis and treatment is correct which will be more affordable than spending on wrong tests and treatments. I hope you get your baby sorted

She was PTS.

Did an X-ray in the end and she had fluid in her lungs and was really struggling to breathe bless her.
Along with the other issues I thought this was the best for her. So heartbroken and quiet without her :( 💔💔
