keep it up, one day down loads more to go lol, enjoy your meat, ugh the cheese and tomatoe was ok but meat ugh!
 
Lost another 4.5 lbs last week. :D :D :D :D... am so close to my target weight now!

Starting to desperately need some new clothes now, everythings getting baggy including my knickers. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

How's it going with you diabetes? My DN said that I may not be able to go that diet because of my insulin :(
 
yes my diabetes had a problem last month when my blood pressure shot up a long with my glucose levels but double tablets for the blood pressure seems to have helped but it is gradually getting higher so I think its not being so well controlled
 
Cambridge is like Atkins but without the meat, cheese and cream. :).

The packs are high protein, low carb so it puts you into ketosis and you burn fat.! they taste very nice and my favourite ...NO COOKING :D
