Yes, that's been the case for a couple of years. Online safety legislation is a bit of a nightmare for decent forums that want to abide by the law and don't have the money that the likes of FB and X have to put two fingers up to UK law if they get it wrong at all. There's too many vile people about and online anonymity is great for them

I got my hubby to ask one of his senior legal colleagues about the OSA. She seemed to suggest that small services shouldn't feel threatened by the new law, and also included a link to the following. Have you already seen this @BossHogg ? Don't know if it might help... Helping small services navigate the Online Safety Act
