Abscess on a wriggly piggy!

I've officially been bested by a 440g baby guinea pig. I cannot physically flush her at this point. Every time she has fought us harder and harder and not only is she hurting myself and my husband, I'm also very worried she's going to hurt herself. Burrito doesn't work. Bribery doesn't work. We even tried putting her in a sock this morning. No joy. I have infected cuts on my face and chest where she has shredded me to ribbons. Turns out when she was at the vets the other day it took three nurses to steady her so the vet could work. I don't know what to do. I'm at my wit's end. Nothing is working. I can't even place a warm compress on her to try and soften the scab. Our vets isn't open until Tuesday because of Easter, so I can't take her down there to have them do it again yet, but I can't physically do it. My husband can't do it. We have tried and tried, we've spent two hours trying this morning and it's impossible. I don't know what to do.

My skin for context. She climbs inside my clothes, high necklines have not help. Nail clipping has not helped.

It’s so frustrating that they don’t realise we are only trying to help them. You can only do your best.
