Very true! You have too look after number 1 (you) at all times! You are the most important person.

So true! You can’t give what you haven’t got…so pacing yourself and self care is essential.

Bit like when the aeroplane safety advice tells you to put on your own oxygen mask before doing the kids isn’t it.

Very very true. I’ve been there recently and definitely think it’s easy just to try and sort out the piggies and everything else life throws at you before yourself. We must try and prioritise ourselves. It’s not easy though.

Very true and sometimes as we're all caught up in what's going on we often forget about ourselves.

Definitely a lesson I've learned the hard way but it really makes a difference in ease of care when they're poorly when you're feeling fed and well rested!
