So true! You can’t give what you haven’t got…so pacing yourself and self care is essential.

Very very true. I’ve been there recently and definitely think it’s easy just to try and sort out the piggies and everything else life throws at you before yourself. We must try and prioritise ourselves. It’s not easy though.

Definitely a lesson I've learned the hard way 
but it really makes a difference in ease of care when they're poorly when you're feeling fed and well rested!
