We are reaching out with heavy hearts, filled with hope and desperation, for our beloved guinea pig, Trois. She is fighting a battle against ovarian cysts, and we urgently need your help to give her a chance to live. Last year, our world crumbled when Trois’s sister, Un, was diagnosed with ovarian cysts in early 2024. Watching Un suffer in pain was unbearable, and we opted for surgery, hoping to save her. Tragically, just two weeks after the procedure, Un crossed the rainbow bridge, leaving us devastated. Soon after, we took Trois for a check-up, only to face a nightmare: Trois was also diagnosed with ovarian cysts. For months, we monitored her closely, and her last check-up showed the cyst hadn’t grown, giving us a sliver of hope. But now, we’re heartbroken to see her belly growing noticeably larger, visible to the naked eye. She stands still, sleeps upright, unable to lie down, and we fear the cyst is expanding. The worry is suffocating us.This fight comes after an exhausting year. We’ve lost two precious guinea pigs, Un and Lolo, to similar health struggles, and poured everything we had into caring for our four little ones—Un, Lolo, Trois, and our surviving piggie, Pip.
