Better not read this thread in IT classes at college as have got several students who love the band and will be very green!

youll have to show them my pics sometime that i have with the band etc

ohh and whats it worth for them to get some inside onfo on the band etc ;D ;)

I was the 'girl' from the band. i think thats why my OH was so eager for me to have a child knowing that it would stop me going out getting into too much trouble! I played sax for a Ska band & it went as far as having a body guard at a couple of gigs - I loved it! We had the last origional keys from the Selector, & loads of other musicians from number 1 bands ...& me. God knows how I managed to get into the band. It was always difficult pulling because with 5 of the band being big scary skin heads treating me like their daughter it kind of put other men off! Small price to pay though because I managed to get my house when I was 20 with only a small morgage.

If someone tells me how to get some music up from CD onto tinternet, you can have a listen to us.

Oh wow cool hills. Do you have i tuines? Thats the only way i know to send through e-mails. No idea about internet sites though.

no it was'nt mike but he was ok, one of the guitarists he was cute and my age so going back to 1977 he would have been every girls idol in fact I got fed up at school (I was 15 and 16 ) everyone wanting me to get them autographs etc I was very popular then and he was a cousin of my best friend, now I do like a man band BON JOVI, you have to realise flintlock were on tv shows and in the charts back then I've still got their songs on my ipod as some of them were sung to me back then ahhhhhhhhhh memorys my kids love to look in my photo albums. hubby calls me a groupie as a joke ha ha NOT,
 
Flintlock? :o OMG I loved them! Mike was the dark haired one wasn't he if I remember rightly. Yes he was cute! And now you saying that I remember reading somewhere that they used to live round here!

yep thats my boys they lived in Becontree Heath remember me asking you about the merry fiddlers? Mike moved to Great Baddow Essex I think my memorys not too good but he use to live in Green road, I chatted to Jamies sisters hubby a while ago met through ebay they've all gone their seperate ways now, I still treasure my signed lps and birthday cards and photos etc but I was only a slip of a girl (In my prime) I'm now nearly 46 will try to scan some pics on here this weekend, how did you come by the picture of them its the one on their first lp
Mikes into acting now i believe and was on the tomorrow people remember them, I managed to get the one with the boys in it and my kids have watched it, lol
they were in shows with Pauline Quirke and Linda Robson etc from birds of a feather fame
going clockwise on the pic its John :-* Bill Jamie Mike and Derek
