Right I've finally done it! Mo has a friend which he is currently getting acquainted to. (Mo has never looked soooo huge!)
Okay so he seemed a little shocked at first and a bit jumpy. Then I got a little worried cos he kept nibbling the little ones fur and ears - one of which he caught and...
I love it when friends and family ask to come round and see the piggies! Does anyone else end up having people sat in the pigs room veggies everywhere and happy piggies showing off? Cos I do almost twice a week lol! They get so much love and attention.
Also popped a blanket over MoMos side of...
hey guys, we would like to share with you how our guinea pigs stay in healthy and good quality shape. (well apart from one of our guinea pigs has a big but...!) pluss advise on what kind of games may interest them.
so lets start with their favourite: the hutch. This is a little wooden, home...
How do I get my piggies to do lap time? With years of having hamsters I'm still a bit jumpy...but I know I need to get used to getting them out. MoMo my older pig is used to being held by her previous owner but she still isn't fully confident with me just yet. But noodle is around 5 months old...
Hello,
I am new to this forum, and don't quite know how it works, so sorry if I'm asking in the wrong place.
I have two guinea pigs, Cookie and Jay Jay. They are both super fat and eat a lot, but everyday eat the same boring things, like cabbage, silver beet, red and yellow silver beet, stuff...
Introduced Ronan (4 week old texel) to my other two tonight and it went really well! I have Caspar, a 5 week old teddy and Rupert, a 4 year old part sheltie. Poor Rupert with all these babies! He popcorned when he first saw them both so I think he's happy for the company!
I know I might get...
How's it going guys so I have a YouTube channel. I was just wondering if any of you guys we interested in seeing my babble about my piggies and my other lovely pets. On my channel I will make vlogs, hauls, reviews, history about hamsters and my experinces with them. So if you whold like to see...
Every morning after veg, Toast has a mad moment and I finally managed to get it on video! Sometimes it lasts well over 2 minutes, sometimes just a few seconds.
While Toast is doing her thing, Beans is completely oblivious
Beans has been without Toast now since 8am and she's really been missing her.
Every now and again she'll wander round the cage looking for her :(
Only 1 more hour until I pick Toasty up and they'll be reunited (and Toast can get back to annoying her sister), but for now I've got Beans some...
After a stressful and painful couple of weeks Toast was barbaring quite badly. She pulled the fur from her chin out and was left with a bald patch. :(
Now she's pain free and happy she's stopped barbaring and her little beard is growing back nicely :D:love:
After 4 days of the piggies being seperated by a divider (to monitor Toast while on meds) they are now back together and loving all the space they have:D
This is how their cage was set up while divided..
But now they're reunited and getting used to their new layout :D
Now...
Beans and Toast have been through a lot the past week or so.
Toast with her bladder infection/URI/bloat/self barbering and possible cysts on ovaries and poor Beans being harassed 24/7 by an unusually aggressive Toast.
They've been temporarily seperated so I thought I'd make them some little hay...
A rare Sunday off work means a lazy day with my Mum, and lots of hugs for my beautiful girls:love:
(I can't have cuddles with them together for too long because they fight over me :P)
But of a silly question...
So I know when piggies are happy they can popcorn, but what my piggies do seems a bit different to what I've read popcorning is...
When they're having their mad half hour, they don't "jump" as such, they will speed in one direction then suddenly change and head in a...
Hi, I bring home the school guinea pigs (2) every weekend and during the holidays. They are at least 4 years old but more than likely older. They generally seem happy and in good health but the last few times I have had them at home I have noticed that one of them keeps making regular odd little...
