Zorb and fleece liners question

Hello!

I’ve just received some lovely blue polka dot fleece fabric to make my own liners for my hutch.

So obviously fleece side goes on top. What do people put on the bottom? Another layer of fleece or something like poly cotton? Rip-stop fabric (like shower curtains)? The bottom of the hutch will have a vinyl flooring put on it as well.

Also I’ve seen there are more than one type of Zorb. Which one do people use?

Are there any good washing guides for prepping the fleece before I make them, and then how to wash and look after them when in use please?

My liners are fleece on both sides with an absorbent layer in the middle.

Fleece zorb fleece or fleece cotton mattress protector fleece (cheaper than zorb but not quite as absorbent).
