hi, not sure if any help for anyone but zooplus have the plaza 140cm cage for £50 & the 160cm version down to £75-seems like a very good price for both! I'm off to get the 140cm one....

I love this cage. Just check all the parts are there before you build it. Our final piece was missing and we'll still waiting on a replacement. Luckily my oh is handy and built a Parr from wood and chicken wire that fitted for the door

How easy are these to get into?
My piggies are in a 120 ferplast at the minute on a cage stand but they'll soon be moving rooms and going on a kitchen counter top. Is it easy to access them from the sides/top as I'm considering either this cage or building one with wood and perspex
It's proving difficult to find a cage no more than 60cm in width but more than 120cm that is attractive!

its the same access as all the ferplast cages I have seen, one long side unclips and lifts up. also one of the smaller sides does too so you can tag team it for those determined to escape piggies :))

Hey, thanks for the update. I've been wanting to get my pigs a Ferplast Plaza 160 for a while now.

Can I ask if Ferplast Plaza can be separated into two cages in the same way as Ferplast Krolik? Ideally, I'd like a cage that can be 160 x 60 most of the time, and 120 x 60 when we're travelling. Ferplast Krolik appears to be the same model, but with different colouring: KROLIK 140 | Rabbit cage with fully knock down system - Ferplast

I'm ready to check out the cage as soon as one of you guys kindly confirms that what I want is achievable. Thanks so much in advance!

I have just bought three of these cages (unfortunately before they were reduced!) - having just checked the instructions, yes, the extension can be separated :)

Don't know what happened above, not quite got the hang of replying! What I meant to say was.....having just bought three of these cages and just checked the instructions, yes, the extension can be separated! :)

Hi! I just wanted to thank Gingy pig for letting us know about the Zooplus discount (I for one would have missed it, as I usually use the German store), and Lady Kelly and Threepigs for confirming the cage is separable. I just received it, and I couldn't be happier, it's just what we needed for travelling. :)
