Zooplus.. Good? Bad?

Thinking of ordering the Skyline Maxi XXL for £39.99

Are zooplus worth it or not?

The cage I have was ordered from them. It took a week to come and when it arrived the cage was damaged. I think the packaging may have got damp and it wasn't great. I called Zooplus and they said they would send another. That took a week to come also (they told me it is shipped from Germany). That cage was damaged too. I couldn't wait another week so decided to keep it. I do like the cage though and it was good value. The water bottle was rubbish and leaked and had to be binned. I would still say go for it, I know others have had no problems. There was another thread about Zooplus not that long ago http://www.theguineapigforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=57726&highlight=zooplus. That might help you decide.
 
Thank you both, i am going to order it and see how it goes as I'm going to still keep them outside but they will be inside a mobile home that I have - compared to them just being out in a hutch.
 
i've ordered various things over the years, wooden houses, toys and around 6 of the large metal runs and have never had a problem with anything from there.
 
Personally I'm not happy with zooplus as I ordered a cage that was in stock and now they say it will be December till I get it:(


To be on the safe side it might be worth you ringing the order through and making sure it is ready to be dispatched:))

Well Ive ordered it online as I'm at work and couldnt use the phone so I sneakily did it whilst nobody was looking

I'll let you know of its progress and when its dispatched

I ordered a run, and various toys from zooplus this year and I thought they were a fantastic service, quick easy and cheap too :)
 
The skyline maxi is a really good cage, I had this one before building my c&c. I've never had problems with zooplus, delivery only took a few days and the cage itself was fine :)

I ordered a run and loads of bits from them. They arrived quickly and in good condition, but it's the only time that I've used them so can't comment on what they are normally like.

MY CAGE HAS COME :)) it was only dispatched on thursday

though I'm at work so i hope its in good nick :)
