youtube help

Ok, so I've wasted half an hour searching the forum for info on how to add a youtube vid. I've done it before but forgot how. Can someone please help me. I would have thought there would be a sticky somewhere.

I've always just copied and pasted the url address of the video

You're right. I thought I was doing something wrong because the vid only showed as a link in the preview (no picture).
