I seem to have dropped a dress size somehow O0 Not sure how as I've been eating a bit more lately, ie, lunch and occasionally breakfast.

Yah :)
 
People who eat breakfast are know to weigh less than people who skip it :)

And if you're eating more then your body isn't in starvation mode and hanging on to every calorie you give it :)

Yeah that was my problem I didn't eat enough so my body clung on to it.

My diabetic nurse is always going on about that with me. I have to eat every couple of hours she says!

I seemed to have dropped some weight too :D I walk my dog everyday for 30mins but i do miss brekkie most of the time ;D

Well done! I have gone up a 'dress' size! Just remember don't weigh your self - muscle weighs more than fat. So go by how you look & feel - not what the scales say. O0
 
Thats great news!
I did too! But shamly I'm going the wrong way about it by not eating much. People tell me I'm already thin but i feel opositte! :(
