To take my boars (duo) from a 16sq ft cage down into a 12 sq ft cage?

They are currrently in a home made doggy pen and correx cage but they are literally destroying the correx fast and I cant afford to take a day off work every 6 weeks to wait in for a delivery of more!... its a 4 x4ft square

But a Liberta 150 cage is on offer right now and that offers 12sq ft but its an oblong so it would give them a longer length to run but its narrower.

My friend also wants me to adopt her kitten so a full blown cage would be brilliant and more secure anyway.

unless your piggies have a tape measure and are intelligent enough to measure their cage I dont think they would be at all bothered by the loss of a few inches.
They would definitly be safer in a proper cage if you're getting a kitty.

they are super ninja pigs like! It really wouldnt surprise me if they did, their cage was 123cm wide and this is a 150cm so they can run longer in a striaght line so thats probably good I guess.

I just feel a bit sad about removing some of their space, ill have a think about getting them that cage.

Although the cage is going to cost £100 it will knock 1/4 off my bedding costs so will save £30 a year so it will pay for itself over 3 years. (I dont like fleece :-P)

Also means I can put their cage on a unit higher up to save my back while cleaning , I hurt my back clenaing their cage last time (60cm high cage walls bending over for 30 minutes left me hobbling around for hours :-()

Well after a think I think I am going to go for it :-) its only £97 in a sale right now so i think thats a good price

GAHHHHHHHHHHHHH its not in stock :-(

Or I can get a Rabbit 150 from Dabners for £111 inc p&p but ive never heard of them

I bought my Rabbit 150 from Dabners, as it was the cheapest I found. It isn't as the picture they have, but has a wire platform and ladder instead, so you do have to mess about converting it if you want to use that bit. I picked mine up from the store as I was near Croydon at Xmas visiting family, so can't comment on delivery. They are a pet shop, and I hadn't realised that they sold animals - I was very upset to see 4 poor piggies in a tiny display case with fluorescent lighting above them. I wouldn't use them again because of that.

Length is far more important than width. I wouldnt feel bad about this. The Liberta cage is a really good size and 97 is a great price. Is that with pet planet? I wanted one too. I lived beside there depo , I wonder if theyd notice two going missing he he....only kidding

I couldn't get the liberta so I have a ferpladt 140 its a bit smaller but its bigger than a 4 x 2 c&c slightly
