is it alright to use the rabbit panacur paste with guineas? :-\

I prefer the drops as I would've thought them easier to measure, but I've never used paste so can't really comment

another thing is, if i give them the panacur, is that enough or do i have to have ivomec injections from the vet? :-\

You don't 'have' to do anything Injections are unnecessary, Ivermectin can be given orally. Ivermerctin covers parasites that Panacur doesn't. I've recently had trouble with internal parasites in a couple of rescues I've had in and giving Ivomec and Valbazen (an alternative to Panacur) really helped them.
