I've been typing out recipes that I have accumulated over the past few years as the pages have seen better days, and it had me googling different dishes from around the world to try. Now I could go on forever, and thought 'I wish I knew a bunch of people from different areas of the Earth to ask about popular/ traditional dishes..." then realised, "oh wait, I do!" So now I'm here asking as I really want something different to eat/ try.
I've currently got the following added to my ever growing recipe list:
Fufu and Egusi
Jollof Rice
Chakhchoukha (I think I spelt that right)
Githeri
I might make this an ongoing thread and add photos/recipes/thoughts about dishes as I cook them. I surely can't be the only one who scrolls through social media at night and comes across a video and wonders what the food tastes like?! So please leave suggestions. Bonus points if it can be frozen if I batch cook.
