I need to get a new job before I explode and rip someones head off at work

the woman boss in our office also has her daughter working there along with me
its becoming a total teachers pet thing between them now,I feel so damn pushed out and all I get is constant one word answers,we even used to go for drinks etc after work but now its becoming unbearable,the boss over us all is related to them so that doesnt help and the mum is being so cold to me,seriously today if this atmosphere doesnt change I'm walking out
apart from that we were promised a wage rise and never got one ( but mummy and daughter did >:( >:( )

if i didnt have to pay so much money out every month I wouldve been long gone,so if anyone in nottingham wants a receptionist/accounts clerk/office worker etc gimme a yell before I end up killing someone

its always me that seems to make mistakes too,never any of those two,I'm totally sick of it all,I know its best to find a job before I go but I cant take anymore,I'm sposed to go for this ECG and they went nuts because I wanted time off for it,but daughter dearest is allowed to have time off for blood tests

I think your best off out of there but agreed you need a new job first

Can you contact some agencies in Notts that specialise in support (office) staff

you know what? you dont know how grateful I am for having you lot here,i really mean that,you take my mind off a lot of things

and ill try those agencies I promise

it used to be alright but they both bring their home probs to work and take it out on me,like i say its difficult to say something to the top boss as hes related to them >:(
 
Hey it could be worse, you could be working with a smelly person! ;D It's wrong that they got rises though, it there anyone above the big boss?
 
Hope you find something else soon. It's not good being in a job which you hate and are made to feel small

I hate office politics. Don't let them pust you out - this is called constructive dismissal. Basically making life hell for you so that you have no option but to leave. Try & get some time off sick - 4 weeks should do it. Do a reall good sob story to the doc & say about everything you've told us. That'll really p155 them off. You can use the time to find another job ;)

I could try that,my blood pressure is high again anyway...or..just send you in to kick the crap out of them all? ;D
 
Yes, I agree with Hils. tell the Dr you are ill becuse of your job. Get signed off. Then you'll have more time to be with your friend ;D ;D ;D

Oh look, there it is. or you could take her aside ( by the throat) and say " look b**ch - I - own this office not you,ive been here longer than you and i suggest if you dont back off now I know a certain " group" of people that will set a bunch of killer piggies on you "
 
Wont getting signed off look bad to a potential new employer tho?

You might be risking a bad reference

I only say this as I was going to do exactly the same but my Dad talked me out of it
 
awww I hope you find a job you enjoy soon :( I was in a job for years that I didnt realise until I got poorly was slowly grinding me down :( Dont let it get you that bad before you do something about it - look after number 1!
